Doing crunches if you have a belly?
I’ve got a bit of a belly and I want to do this little crunch workout thing. Is there any point doing it? Do crunches only work if your flat, which will give you abs. Or will the crunches maybe lessen my belly size and maybe ‘chisel’ my stomach more.
